General
Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) Request
The customer must first request an RMA number by sending an email to rma@lcds4less.co.uk within the warranty period to return a screen as per our Terms & Conditions.
Please provide the following information in your RMA request email:
- Your name (and company if applicable)
- Your email address & telephone number
- The LCDs4Less.co.uk Invoice # (or Purchase Order # if you do not know your invoice #)
- Any commentary you wish to add.
- For each item to return, please provide:
- Part Number
- Quantity of screens to be returned for respective part number
- Serial Number
- Item Description
- Reason for Return
- Please choose a shipping package:
- Return shipping cost inside the UK £10
- Return shipping cost outside of the UK £15
Return shipping will be reimbursed if 1) claim is covered by warranty, and 2) customer ships on our account.
Within 2 business days you will either receive your RMA number or be contacted by our RMA department once you have emailed us the mandatory RMA information above. Return merchandise will not be accepted without an RMA number as issued by an authorized LCDs4Less.co.uk employee.
After we issue you an RMA number, please include our response email with your return, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box.
Note:
- Return merchandise must be post marked within 7 calendar days of issuance of RMA number.
- All manufacturer labels, part number labels, and serial numbers must be legible and match those of original shipment.

- You may be subject to a restocking fee if the reason for the return is not covered by the respective warranty or the respective warranty period has expired.
